• Retail Licensing Cost = $15,000
• Maintenance Cost: 18% of Retail Price per year

Services Offerings:

Inobits offers 2 service packages to assist customers with the implementation & start-up of the iTechnology Forms Accelerator for K2. Level 1 is designed for companies familiar to K2 and Level 2 for companies new to K2. The 2 packages offer the following:

Level 1 - Aimed At:

• Companies that already has K2 blackpearl™ installed in their organizations and have people who are familiar with the functions of K2 -workflow processes.
• It is suited for business analysts, technical analysts, project managers, and developers responsible for the implementation of the Forms Accelerator for K2 software in conjunction with the K2 software platform.

2 Days Package Includes:

• 1 Day Training on Forms Accelerator for K2
• 1 Day Implementation and set-up assistance of Forms Accelerator software

Deliverables Include:

• Applicable training materials that were used during training sessions
• Assistance on modeling a simple in-house business process. Technical architecture recommendations and guidance

Cost for Level 1:

• $2,880 + T & E

Level 2 - Aimed At:

• Companies that newly deploy K2 blackpearl™ with the Forms Accelerator for K2 for first time and require training and implementation assistance for both applications.
• Business analysts, technical analysts, project managers, and developers responsible for the implementation of the K2 software platform as well as the Forms Accelerator for K2.

5 Days Package Includes:

• The 3 Days Training on K2 blackpearl™ + Forms Accelerator for K2 - topics include:
• K2 Dynamic Business Application fundamentals
• K2 SmartObjects; K2 Studio; K2 Workspace
• K2 SharePoint Web Workflow Designer
• K2 Visio Designer; Forms Accelerator for K2
• SharePoint Content Management integration
• 2 Days K2 blackpearl™ & Forms Accelerator On-site Installation & Configuration Consultancy, Business Process Modeling & Technical Architecture Review.
